Born in São Paulo, Brazil, in 1972.
She graduated in Pharmacy at UNESP and Design and Communication at EPA (BR). In 2000 she received a scholarship from Yamanashi Design Center (JP) and lived there for one year. She has been part of the Planeta Tangerina team since 2004.
She won the National Prize of Illustration and Bissaya Barreto Prize (PT), received Mentions in Compostela International Prize (ES), Nami Concours (KR) and was selected for the Bologna Illustrators Exhibition.
She has over 20 titles published, including: Batata chaca-chaca, Imagem, ABZZZ…, Gato procura-se and A Ilha.
She likes to draw elephants and cook for her friends.
